From the street food of Delhi to the spice farms of Kerala, Chef Fernando learned from masters across India — the rich curries of the North and the aromatic spice blends of the South.
Bringing India to Perth
He brought that knowledge to Perth to share authentic Indian food with the local community. Stonewater Indian Restaurant grew out of that dream.
